Valérie & Emmanuel welcome you to La Méridienne, a bed and breakfast and self-catering cottage with a seasonal swimming pool, located in the Alpes de Haute Provence near Gap (25 minutes), very close to the Gap Tallard airfield (7 km) in the small hamlet of "Le Blanchet" in Venterol, a haven of peace and tranquility with 300 days of sunshine a year.

Our 5 guest rooms and 2 self-catering cottages offer you the perfect setting for a wonderful holiday or a truly relaxing break at nearly 1000 meters altitude in a magnificent setting surrounded by mountains and greenery.

La Méridienne travaille avec les producteurs locaux et des vignerons de Tallard : domaine de Trébaudon

A complimentary continental breakfast with homemade pastries, cakes, brioche, and gingerbread is offered for guests staying in the bed and breakfast rooms.

If you wish to have dinner (except Thursday evenings), we offer a set menu featuring local products, mostly organic or sustainably sourced, that will delight your palate.

All dishes are freshly prepared by Valérie.

We will also introduce you to local wines from the Hautes-Alpes region.

We also offer packed lunches for those who would like to enjoy a picnic during an excursion, hike, or walk along the lake.

After your mountain getaway, relax in one of the sun loungers available in the garden and also enjoy the heated outdoor pool from June 15th to mid-September.

For bed and breakfasts, during shorter school holidays and long weekends we accept bookings for a minimum of two nights. In high season (July-August), bookings are for a minimum of three nights for those with a BOX (presumably a specific type of internet access).
